Dress up a gift card.Giving gift cards this year? Teachers, neighbors, friends, etc. It can be tricky to think of just the right gift to recognize each important person in your life. Gift cards are always appreciated & easy to give, but can lack a personal touch. Dress it up by filling a Mason Jar with their favorite candy or treat. Here are our easy step by step instructions.
Fill mason jars with favorite candy. Unwrapped peppermints look lovely, red & green M&M’s are easy and anything goes. Just pick one they like.
Cut a circle of wrapping paper to fit the top of the jar.
Use a hole punch to attach curling ribbon to gift card envelope. Add homemade gift tag and tie a bow.
Curl ribbon if desired.

Gift your dish.
Attending another Holiday party this weekend? Some of the best food happens at the holidays. Yes, part of the holiday fun means getting a chance to make new recipes or bring your favorite party food to share. Surprise your host with a little something extra and gift your dish. Timing all the food and dishes for a holiday meal can be a struggle in the average kitchen. Keep foods warm by wrapping them in towels and placing them in a cooler. No extra oven for warming necessary.
