What you need:
7-8 pound fully cooked ham
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp dijon mustard
½ cup maple syrup
2 cups pineapple juice
What to do:
Place ham inside large slow-cooker, flat side down.
Mix together dijon mustard, maple syrup, and pineapple juice in a medium size bowl.
Rub brown sugar over all sides of the ham.
Pour maple syrup mixture into the slow-cooker.
Cover and cook on low heat for 4-5 hours.
Baste ham with juices about an hour before serving.
Remove ham from slow-cooker and let rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
