Price Chopper Statement on COVID-19

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – As a local business and residents of this great community, we want to assure you that we are committed to protecting the health of our community at large. COVID-19 remains a rapidly-evolving situation, and we continue to monitor the course of COVID-19 to take measures to protect the safety of employees, customers, and their families.

Out of an abundance of caution we are working with store leadership teams on a proactive approach to:

• Reinforce cleaning/sanitation procedures
• Stress the importance of staying home if not feeling well or have someone in the home who is not feeling well

We know that our customers expect stock of pertinent products to be on hand. We are working to ensure the availability of products for the entire community and ask for understanding as limits may be placed on high-demand products during this time.

For customers who are implementing social distancing, online shopping with delivery and pick-up options are always available through our partnership with Instacart, so you can continue to receive the products your family needs while minimizing contact. Instacart’s Health and Safety Guidelines are available online if you’d like to learn more.

 We will continue to closely monitor the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations to reduce the risk of COVID-19.
